Call for abstracts: Emerging Voices (EVs) session at the 11th World Congress on Health Economics and Nutrition: an iHEA World Congress

Call: The coordinators of the Emerging Voices programme at the Institute of Tropical Medicine, Antwerp, in collaboration with the Institute of Public Health, University of Heidelberg, Germany, and the lead Organizers of the 11th World Congress on Health Economics and Nutrition, Bocconi University, Italy, are facilitating the process of organizing a session at the above world conference on the broad theme “Equity in health within the framework of universal health coverage”.

This organized session will only feature four presentations from emerging voices. We therefore wish to invite all emerging voices, from 2010 to 2014, who are working on topics related to the above theme to submit abstracts framed within health economics for selection for this session. All submitted articles will be reviewed by a committee comprising scholars from the above three institutions.

Structure of abstract:

  1. Title – max 256 characters
  2. Abstract – should not exceed 500 words, no tables, no graphics
  3. At least 3 key terms
  4. Past publication history (please indicate whether your work has previously been published/disseminated in any form)
  5. Past presentation history
  6. Funding sources (please indicate funding source)
  7. Conflict disclosure
  8. Presenter – Name, email address, institution/department, city and country
  9. Authors – Name, email address and institution/department

Funding: Successful applicants will be fully funded to participate in the conference.
