Joseph is a Lecturer in Health Systems and Policy at the UCL Global Business School for Health. His research focuses on the health impacts and resource requirements of alternative models of health service delivery, the factors shaping integrated care reforms, and the processes through which evidence informs policymaking, with a particular focus on African settings .
